China CNC factory visits

Factory visit and inspection support for CNC machine buyers in China.

For shortlisted suppliers, we can help coordinate factory visits, demo agendas, technical questions, translation support, and pre-shipment inspection checkpoints.

Visit format

Use the visit to test the supplier, not just tour the building.

A good CNC factory visit should confirm the machine build, supplier capability, service process, and acceptance requirements. We help structure the day so the buyer leaves with evidence, not just photos.

1

Visit agenda

Supplier meeting, workshop walk-through, machine demo, component review, sample cut discussion, and commercial follow-up.

2

Question list

Technical and commercial questions tailored to the machine category and buyer's actual production needs.

3

Translation support

Bilingual support for machine specs, service expectations, warranty, acceptance tests, and negotiation points.

4

Inspection points

Pre-shipment or acceptance checklist items to reduce ambiguity before balance payment and shipping.

What to inspect

Machine acceptance should be agreed before final payment.

Do not wait until the machine is crated to decide how performance will be verified. We help buyers define practical checks before production and shipping.

  • Machine model, serial number, component list, and ordered options
  • Geometry, positioning, repeatability, and sample-part test expectations
  • Controller language, manuals, alarm list, parameters, and training materials
  • Included tools, accessories, spare parts, lubrication, coolant, and electrical requirements
  • Packaging, photos, videos, documents, shipping marks, and balance-payment conditions

Best sequence

  • Run sourcing report first
  • Shortlist one to three suppliers
  • Confirm demo and inspection agenda
  • Visit factory or run video audit
  • Agree acceptance criteria before deposit or balance
Visit preparation

The visit should answer questions that cannot be solved by email.

Many factory visits become polite tours because the buyer arrives without a technical agenda. We help define what evidence the visit should capture and which supplier claims should be tested in person.

  • Which machines should be powered on, which options should be demonstrated, and who from the supplier should attend
  • What components should be photographed or confirmed: controller, spindle, rails, screws, turret, laser source, chiller, or tool changer
  • Which acceptance evidence matters: sample part, measurement report, geometry check, packaging proof, or training materials
  • Which commercial points need confirmation: lead time, warranty exclusions, spare parts, payment milestones, and service response
  • What to document after the visit so the buyer can compare suppliers without relying on memory
REMOTE OPTION

When an in-person visit is not practical

A structured video audit can still be useful if the supplier shows the workshop live, confirms machine serial numbers, walks through the quoted configuration, and answers technical questions on camera. It is not a perfect substitute, but it is much better than brochure review.

Want supplier visits added after sourcing?

Start with the sourcing report. If the shortlist is promising, we can help plan in-person or remote supplier verification.
